Cbl Help

Hey I'm after some advice with CBL, I've always been a morning trainer normally 9oclock sometimes fasted from the night before sometimes an hour after meal 1. Since starting a new job that can't be done and I'm forced to train around 7ish and was looking into cbl. Has anybody got on info that can help me set up a new diet and some first had feedback on this style of dieting,
 
Nice one mate just looked over it pretty much the basics of it. I'm looking to see if there's a specific protein to fat ratio you should follow before you train and start eating your carbs
