    No but if you're a sweaty bugger like me you piss most of your electrolytes out during training and cardio so need a fair whack of salt on most meals. It's so bad I can't do ab work after training as they lock up in crippling cramps

    Chicken stock in rice. Raw onions or spring onions through rice.

    Chicken just marinade in different sauces etc

    Only a chicken or beef Oxo cube. The vegetable stock cubes dont return any gains.

    Rice in a bowl with your measured hot water in. Stock cube in and clingfilm over the bowl. Fire in micro for about 15min.

    Cut up onions/spring onions. Once rice is ready add them and mix it through. Tastes amazing but a love onion..

    Then just cut up your chicken and stick it in a bowl the night before or during the day and stick
    Your Nando’s sauce over it. Mix it up with spices or whatever and leave in fridge for a few hours.

    Boooom. Easy. Mix up the flavours and seasonings etc and you won’t get too bored.

    My bird does a lot of my meals for me tbh so a dunno what am getting but I scran fuck oot it anyway!

    Haha fuck sake. A just get a kg bag of basmati. Cheap as fuck when your eating a ton of it a day. Bag lasts a few days on this bulk.
