I am over half way through a bottle.i used alcohol wipes to keep everything clean on the top of the vial. I have used some Indian brands, egyptian all pharma but been using Chilton but i am betting raised lumps caused by irritation.

Always inject on the thigh but move site around mid area. Any ideas what's the issue
 
Take a pic. What size needle are you using? It could be leaking sub q, the extra solvents in the ugl gear could be causing the irritation. It doesn't look like cellulitis does it?
 
I can take a pic and it's nothing like cellulitis and have antibiotics here in standby it's just a lump. I use a 25 gauge 1inch for Injecting. It's just a irritated lump
 
I used to get that on every glute shot no matter what I did. Does it break down after a few days?

Could be anything. Shots near scar tissue, Solvent, The carrier oil they use etc etc. I’d bin it off if the only sight you’re using is quads.
That said I’m a cheap ass so I’d probably try a 1/2ml shot in my delts to see if it is one of the above or an issue in my legs just to make sure but that’s a choice you have to make for yourself.
 
I have ordered a load of generics from a Indian brand through a I know and trust, recently the pharma stuff has had a slight price increase but still cheaper than ugls,.it's just he charges a high delivery cost so have to buy enough to make it cost effect . I have a list of generic companies that have high compliance.

I had hear Chilton was one of the better ugls and this is not a dig at them as their deca has been spot on. I might move injection site, to my arse but I have a weird habit of jabbing and relising that the needle comes out and I end up injecting too shallow and I break out like a teenager. I have some pharma vials still and have no issue with, but normally reserve them for when I am on the road.

The lump breaks down, but takes over a week so concerned it's going to cause damage.

I will stick to pharma from my man in India from now on
 
It won't cause damage, just font inject into that site again for a while, until it's calmed down.

I think most people just have one site they don't get on with, so trying a different one could help. I reckon you just don't get on with whatever they're using in the gear.
 
Yes probably, I will move site. I also have some alternatives some test prop and cyp but I find the sustanon blend is best as I never get acne especially if split into two injections a week
