Clear Whey Proteins

    I always found eaa better than whey for recovery, ide just drink it pre intra and post, i actually stop using whey as dont think i absorbed it well..luisine on its own gives a huge spike in nitrogen retention without any carbs, carbs arnt vital but good during workouts..

    I used half and half maltodextrin and dextrose. Cheap as and did the job

    EAA or Pepto Pro (or half and half) with HBCD..... plain one or used NutriBio Super Carb...similar to some of the products the guys mentioned above

    malto makes me gas and bloat.... regardless of how much water I use
