I've used slin in the past, Lantus made me fat (I did use 300iu a day though IIRC ) and I didn't get much from fast but my lifestyle was shocking in those days, alcohol binges and massive sessions.

Im no expert on lantus mate...i do tbol am and var pre atm..i take the slin purely to recover so small dose post workout , keeps me nice and full, better workouts etc...lantus i think is long acting so ide find it a nightmare tbh with food?
I did worry about that with the food thing but I’ve had some advice on it and it never really spikes, not in a violent way like rapid can so I will start low. 30iu in the morning and work up. I’d rather a slow burner as I just get greedy on rapid and end up getting fat

How you finding 40mg tbol ive always loved the stuff personally, i get better gains from orals for some reason over any jabs ..yeah any fat in your diet your fvcked basicly, slin will drive it straight in the cell!
Advantage with fast you can control all the macros for 2_3hours and zero fats, then your clear to eat after that..diet would have to be tight as fvck on lantus, no greggs lol
Haha yea true. I’ll be keeping fats to a minimum but I’ve heard that lantus is the grail when it comes to slin. I’ll see either way I suppose

You get a bit of everything imo solid gains , decent strength...it is supposed to have an effect on energy increase..it doesnt convert into estrogen too..good all round.
I get crippling lower back pumps from it when deadlift or squats
