Im not up to date with the product list lol, ive been using mediphorm but doesnt give any immediate effects , gear is better for that imo..yeah happy with results so far cheers..eating alot of chips and bacon sarnies just to get cals up atm, tren flattens me right out, hypos the lot!
Good weeks training n food got 140 for 6 on bench 7 next time hopefully, having an extra rest day as shoulder workouts hindering chest workout. Got 350 on leg press loads for me will add a plate aside next time..and 5.5 plates on chest supported row so all lifts up atm..food eating anything and everything lots of cals, bacon egg sarnies, chips with everything, jersey milk 808 cals per litre bottle, goes down easy..bowls of cereal if im peckish nuts n cheese...gear changes to tren prop mast 3xper week mil of 500ttm tbol oxy var training days.
Gonna cruise along for arond 5 weeks, heads mashed and breathing through my ass atm..tbol n some test il go i think..strength has kept rising got 140 x7 on bench yesterday, il try and keep sets around 5 reps on that...or fast reps x 3 maybe 3 or 4 sets...will clean up diet and lower cals a bit , do some cardio as well..
Been on tren a while now so just leaving it out for a while..il stay on test p mast n tbol..cant see strength or size changing much...go again after xmas.
