Been on a low dose for a month and lost 7lbs, that a nice drop. Sticking to diet and plan and look really shit already lol, ive jabbed 1mil of ttm 500 today and will do two more shots in the week...tri tren and ace with a little prop..pecs alot better now and able to get a decent workout on it using iso lateral stuff.I wont be doing any refeeds or any of that bollocks this time and limit the cardio, prob keep it basic all way through training wise and as heavy as poss...tempted to try a fat burner ultra burn or thermo lipid later on. Im not craving any junk food so far happy with that.Type of food is keeping me full, if i start chewing the doors in the kitchen il just drop tabs and fvck my appetite up...
Food for next two weeks,beef n fish.., gonna keep carbs around 150 from rice... no cycling carbs yet or much cardio..as long as i feel flat n look shit im gtg ..gonna up tren slightly.
Just over 12 weeks out...
15.5 this morn starting to tighten up a bit now here n there, low carb till thurs night.
Last meal of the day 250g serloin some piss sticks and some apple...tren up a bit this week all easy so far, never really hungry which is good...job done

Im doing a carb cycle again with 4days low carb 40 or so grams and just over 2 days 300 300 just to fill out a touch before mon...proteins near 300 atm strength is starting to rise again now so happy days...
Yeah ive stopped having them before bed, im up 5 times a night in the bog haha
Changing diet a bit as cant stand stink of fish anymore! Will just change to chicken so next two weeks is...

Meal2 and 3 chicken n rice, veg..
Meal 4 large steak veg...whey drink
Slightly leaner 2 weeks in..carb up this week was 400g fri 300g sat 100 today doing no cardio still..
