    Cheers mate... thats why il carry on diet, might as well.Will just switch to cheaper food sources now and eat below maintainance...low carb and a refeed fridays as long as proteins high shouldnt lose tissue hopefuly.

    You're into it now so might as well make the most of it with no pressure on yourself
    Then you'll either be in a good place to nail a prep
    Or a nice rebound and grow again if you dont compete

    Yes exactly would be mad to stop now..if the show goes on as normal il do it, if not like you say carry on longer get nice n lean and maintain a lower body fat while growing..putting less pressure on might work out well!

    15st 11...just eating 3 times a day enjoying time off gym, can train upper body but not sure what to do about legs training at home, im certain they will shrink in size..so need some ideas????

    They ain't gonna shrink if you keep them under some stimulus, they're just not gonna grow without overload
    At home you gotta improvise
    Bulgarian split squats
    Goblet squats
    Lunges
    Good mornings
    Spanish squat with a bench behind not using a band

    Cheers mate, do you need to do a ton of reps in one sesh..ive seen some vids of people doing 2 to 300 reps, What would you suggest ?

    Do 150 bodyweight squats as fast as you can.

    Then 120 walking lunges

    Then 100 Lateral Lunges

    Then 80 Rev Lunges

    Finish on 50 hip bridges.


    If that doesn’t blow your legs up you’re a machine. If you can manage box jumps do them, plyo stuff is ace for building strength, more strength = more mass.

    Legs at home is a piece of piss as it’s more about reps than weight to a degree. You can write your legs off in a 3x3 box.

    Spanish and split squats are great exercises regardless
    You dont need much weight to reach failure, especially if you've never done them
    10 - 20kg in each hand
