    I did worry about that with the food thing but I’ve had some advice on it and it never really spikes, not in a violent way like rapid can so I will start low. 30iu in the morning and work up. I’d rather a slow burner as I just get greedy on rapid and end up getting fat

    Getting up at 12 midnight to finish off a 12 person cake is not for me anymore

    How you finding 40mg tbol ive always loved the stuff personally, i get better gains from orals for some reason over any jabs ..yeah any fat in your diet your fvcked basicly, slin will drive it straight in the cell!

    Advantage with fast you can control all the macros for 2_3hours and zero fats, then your clear to eat after that..diet would have to be tight as fvck on lantus, no greggs lol

    Haha yea true. I’ll be keeping fats to a minimum but I’ve heard that lantus is the grail when it comes to slin. I’ll see either way I suppose

    You get a bit of everything imo solid gains , decent strength...it is supposed to have an effect on energy increase..it doesnt convert into estrogen too..good all round.

    I get crippling lower back pumps from it when deadlift or squats

    Upping your potassium/sodium/taurine might help with pumps. Helped me a lot.
    I can remember laying on the floor in unique from awful back pumps from squats when using SD. Spoke to my old coach and he made me eat lots of potassium based meals, up my sodium and helped massively.

    10 bananas a day would sort you out. Lots of K (Potassium) in bananas.

    Back workout today...
    2x warm-up chest supported row
    2xwork sets 5 plates 7 and 6 reps
    Hammer pulldown 2 working sets 4 plates 6to 8 reps..
    Shrugs, rear delts, straight arm pulldowns.10 mins steep incline treadmill.
    Grub today egg whites, fish whey.
    Beef rice pineapple
    Intra shake isolate, karbolyn creatine, glutamine and bca's
    Post workout eggwhites ,white fish, rice.
    Shake same as intra but with eaa's ,vit c and d and 6iu' s.
    Chicken rice vegetables bagel spinach.
    Mixed nuts ,cheese ,whey evening snack
    Whey drink with most meals.
    If i feel like snacking il have a bowl of icecream 1 or 2 times per day...but thats pretty much what i eat everyday atm.

    4 x working sets for back mal? Low reps too.
    Seems sparce, no triple drop, rest pause etc?


    Big muscle to hit back with just 4 x sets IMO.

    Doesnt sound much does it lol, i do find it taxing though its pretty much the max weight i can shift for reps and im wasted after lol..i would like to get it up to 6 sets in the next workout though 3 of each and progress slowly increasing the weight..pumps awesome.
