    Been grafting in the garden since lockdown, ive put on a fair bit of size, filled out whatever since,diets less than average..i think high carbs might help my situation atm.
    Protein is very lowish, il just keep things same till gym opens.

    Yeah not bad like, ive lost half inch on arms which would be water mainly due to no gear and a bit on leg n lats..but i dont use much tbh and training along time too should hold alot...started using creatine last few days, deffo better muscle endurance, been doing alot of hiking up hills lately and the odd light workout with dumbells n band..

    Has the creatine improved your pumps at all?

    I’m getting shite pumps off the juice and it’s pissing me off now

    Ive just started it mate so not sure, deffo feels better rep wise, coz of heat lately and dehydration, my water intake is abysmal tbh, i feel fuller when diing a bit of training, endurance deffo better..just need to keep water going in regular..
