    mate its not that you weren't good enough, you fully deserved to be on that stage ,, glad you enjoyed the experience that's a positive , bringing the best package you can on the day is all you can do , the depth of competition at that level is unreal
    now you are in a great position to rebound don't just bollock weight on try to come back up slow,

    great achievement either way buddy

    will you compete again this year ,

    Yes mate theres a big show down here in sept put on by bodypower and flex mag..so im aiming for that..il take all the positives from that show and experience and crack on...cheers bro

    Gained a few pounds now but still holding back
    15.2 stone atm was 15.7 pre diet..running 500 test E 4iu gh 3 x per week n humalog 4 pre workout..thats all for now ..eating well and lots of carbs!

    Potatoes..cereal...rice..loads of junk atm too ,like blueberry muffins..rice pudding etc lol

    15.5 now slowley rise to 16 ,thats 7 pounds above my normal weight il try and grow at that weight and stay as lean as poss..trainings more high rep on most, tri sets etc..still benching though to max and started squating too..in a tri set with sissy squat machine and heavy leg extensions then stretches x 5 mental pump and burn.

    Another pic..acquired genxtropin today so was thinking a small blast for two weeks with extra slin? Weight still same so its more food or both..adding more fat would be dissapointing atm..or just go for it!

    I would keep my food clean just keep gaining but slow you are in a perfect position to grow without gaining body fat mate
