    Just my opinion from what I’ve done myself tbh mate. They’ll be some people who swear by doing the opposite and look great for it. But the way I see it, the less cv you can do when dieting, the better
    The guy peacefrog on here looked great in his first show, very lean and stayed full. Was dieting on +4,000cals but I’m sure he was doing at least 90 mins cv daily

    Lots of cereal for carbs..weetabix shredded wheat oats...chicken and whey for protein...little fats really nuts n cheese...i out greens powder in my shakes. .if i go flat il eat micro burgers and pot noodles..cake etc for cals..so not super tight really..drink lots of oj as well and monster drinks..before workouts

    Diet still working ok..back has suffered a bit so il just concentrate on that for a while..lots of rowing and trap stuff..other than that pretty happy..

    Back on turkey and rice..chicken curries..weetabix...whey .almonds.stuff like that
    Just using test atm and some low tbol.

    Bulkin atm been using 7iu slin post for a couple of weeks 4to 5 times a week..food same, just some extra carbs postworkout..cereal and glucose energy drinks...still trying to find grape juice! Doesnt seem popular in shops now?
    Ive gained well..up to 16 stone now..not that much change in condition..food is clean as fuck now all the way to may...

    Havnt done cardio for a while mate..it was have a real neg effect on everything tbh..a guy advised i stop because of my age.recovery etc..made sense..havnt looked back since bro..went lean as hell at one stage? Poolys said the same recently...thats not to day ide do cardio in the final stages of prep though..just not regular..

    Yes yan ive done everything possible..im just gonna maintain and get lean over next few months now..i cant do no more now..just fine tune n stuff
