kin hell, just catching up on all this - kinda wish I'd finished the full year now rather than getting diverted mid way lol

@Protein Dynamix @Simon - I havent been able to train or even been in a gym in over 6 months - although very much appreciated, any prize you would give me would be wasted on me - if I'd been around here more recently I'd have probably pulled myself from the comp voting. Maybe whoever came 4th could be bumped up to 3rd? Would be better to go to someone who can make use of it

I just said that in case it was a tub of protein or a supplement, but since I'm too pikey to buy clothes, a t-shirt would be most welcome
