I realize this is a couple of days late.
But this is for charity and I am doing this just to show board/charity support.
So paid my 10 sterling entry via paypal.
Here are my two starting pictures.
I only noticed the code thing after I had taken the pictures.
If some one objects and says I need to retake the pictures but with the code I will.....I do assure you these are current from this morning (May 15th).

As far as my chosen charity seeing that I am not clued into which charities are legit and I honestly don't trust charities (only need to give like 10% of money taken in to said cause) I am going to make it easy on my self. I pick the dog charity that Righty has also picked (as you can see I love dogs so this makes sense to me).

So, that's what a genuine 11.8% body fat looks like via Dexa scan.
    Interesting.
I must say, you seem to wear any distribution of fat and water quite evenly over the body - I know you say your legs are usually a little behind in condition when prepping but the distribution overall is pretty interesting - eg I get shredded legs but still have rolls on my lower back halfway through a diet..... you just get one or two mm in several places. :)

Thanks for picking my dog charity - everything received goes back into it. There are no management wages etc to pay - just vet bills, repair bills, etc.

Just noticed your little dog in the pic - when did he/she make an appearance? What's his name?

The little guy is a Shi-tzu named Yoshi.
I also have a westhighland sheepdog named Sansa.

Yeah fat just goes on fairly evenly on me.
This time my legs stayed a little leaner while my abbs took a bit more than normal...

@Righty tell the truth you thought I would look much worse didn't you? haha
Dexascan is so truthful it's insane.
One must bare in mind fat is also contained around the organs and in the muscles.
This is why I am extremely skeptical of bodybuilders claiming body fat % bellow 5%.
There have been a couple of cases like John Meadows hitting 3.7% but this guy in the off season is in better shape than 90% of on stage bodybuilders.

Pictures don't show it too well but my stomach is retaining water from heavy bruising.
I did log clean and press a few days ago and it took its toll on my mid section!

I expected more of a loss in condition on the limbs in truth.
However, Dexascan brings a relatively new dimension to things by including visceral fat a set of calipers is never going to hunt out.
So, 11.8% on a Dexascan, assuming a little visceral fat, is what most people would call maybe 10%?

Fact is, you're at a point here where you can make shocking appearance improvements for each 1% dropped.

I have to drop 10% before I'm going to see much at all, lmao.

Most forget about inter muscular fat also.
I have a feeling inter muscular fat is one of the first places the body stores fat.
This would at least for explain why it's possible to gain a decent amount of weight in the first few weeks while sub q fat stays low.

Based on that paper I have black genetics:lol:
"Additionally, blacks in general have longer extremities relative to height than do whites. "
My arms and legs are indeed long when compared to my torso.

My arm span is 4 inches longer than my height.
    That's not normal.

    WTF.
Built for deadlifting - when you're upright, those hands will still be near the floor. :stims:
This height versus arm span ratio deserves a thread of its own - I reckon you'll win it easily.
