Counting Macros Or Just Eating Healthy

    You have no specific bb goals ATM, so should you keep counting macros or just eat healthy...what's your experience?

    At least count protein to make sure you're getting enough protein.

    If you've been eating for training/physique goals for long enough you probably habitually make certain eating choices subconsciously even when you're not specifically counting calories or macros.

    Hit macro targets to maintain. Should be easy no hassle involved

    I just try and eat healthy. I've never been a big eater tbh..would never be Dorian :lol:
