Curcumin Dosage

    hi, I've recently bought some life extension super bio curcumin. The bottle says once daily with food but read that quite a few people take it twice a day. Just wanted feedback from people who do take it what's your dosage? And any feedback on different brand/ or type of curcumin (longvida, meriva etc...)

    I repeat the dose in the evening.

    So 800mg p/d.

    It's meant to really reduce markers on the inflammation test but I don't know what that test is called and I've never had it so can't comment.

    It dies help with joint health and pain free listing I think and know of others who find the same.

    i use 2g a day of curcumin, not cheap but it helps my joints out which are fucked right now.
    dolts think turmeric is the same thing but only 2% of turmeric is curcumin and you'd need 100g to get 2g of curcumin lol

    400mg Am/PM as a starting dose.

    Doubled if tendons and joints are aching

    I've noticed a big improvement just from fish oils and omega 3, 6 and 9.

    750mg of the BCM-95.
    Can I tell a difference? I don't know tbh but I take that and a few other supplements every day because I think if they even help a little it's worth it.
    Other supps = vit K (heart health), pomegranite extract (heart health), fish oil (various benefits), herbal cholesterol supps (not that my cholesterol has ever been horrible as far as I know but always good to try and improve it)
