Current Condition

    Hey guys this is my current condition debating on what show to do either ukbff in 13 weeks or pca in 8 weeks. Decided I'm gonna do junior physique any input welcone[​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]

    your legs are wasted doing physique mate, would just do first timers.. that is unless your gay and like mens physique

    Haha no mate don't like physique was gonna do junior bodybuilding but think I'm lacking the size

    I'd say junior bb before first timers. You can have guys well in their 30s been training for
    The past 10 years in that

    Imo you should do juniors in 13 weeks
    Delts and quads stand out and I think you'll look good when in condition
    As been mentioned before, your legs look underdeveloped from the back and I'd guess will take longer than 8 weeks to get them into condition
