Dave Crossland Pt. 2

This... He claims to just eat meat and veg weighs it by the kilo and dosent count calories... So really clean in my book.

I know if I did this for a sustained amount of time my skin would be glowing and I'd be leaner...

But he looks like as if he eats a lot of crap.... So something doesn't add up there.
In his last film it showed him shopping for meat etc. You've surely got to be eating double your daily allowance to get in the state he's in with such a clean diet. He's probably the most overweight bber I've ever seen.

I remember seeing Dave for the first time a number of years ago at the NABBA Scotland, i believe he hadn't been training for a while and possibly not doing any gear but he was freaky huge, nowhere near as heavy as now or fat, just a ton of mass. He was the talk of the whole place that day, everyone whispering and wondering who this huge fucker was! Some of the comments were hilarious, usual stuff about eating kids for breakfast and stuff but one thing i clearly remember was that he seemed very happy. The past while to me has been so different, all this pain, injuries and obvious deteriorating health. We can all do what we please in life sure but in Dave's case imo it's all been a bit unnecessary. His quality of life now seems a bit shit now, who wants to try and walk about in constant pain while the whole time your capability of carrying out the very thing that got us hooked on this lifestyle, ie lifting weights is being seriously restricted to the point of ending altogether? Certainly a double edged sword here.
Another point, i remember Dave saying once he was very tolerant to large doses of gear, maybe he could tolerate the multitude of sides guys can experience on the outside but i reckon the unseen inside had other ideas.
Not knocking the guy in any way and i do hope he can maybe change his direction and regain his health, it's just ironic that the thing he loves like the rest of us may ultimately be his undoing way too early.

probably same as drinking from the bottled whiskey lol... however I do believe its demonised far beyond its ken... no where near the same bs goes on about alcohol or smoking (far worse imho) or even reccie drugs tbh...

Nah it was 6 months for talking shit on forums lol! Just a wee break from the net for a bit mate, got a bit bored i think!

Agreed mate and yeah even folk go way above the "guidelines" for years sometimes live quite long (Lemmy being a case in point lol!) But we all know about the numerous young guys being taken too early, seems there's something in that and it's generally those who push the boundaries with their use. Don't like seeing it myself mate, it's an awful waste imo.

The other problem dave is going to have is trying to go up against people like Martyn Ford if your looking for shock factor size.
He's 6'8" and ripped at around 330-340. Those extra 50 odd pounds dave wants will never look anything like this physique and so for bookings etc guys like martyn will always get the nod and work.

is it just me or is something off about the shoulders?? looks tiny compared to everything else... (he says flexing his massive cannonball like delts in his Veyron with the current line up of the playboy mansion while driving down the main hall of his "modest" house)...

Delts tiny but the physique just looks weird, cannot put finger on what it is that is throwing me though. Any judges on here (yes, I know Dave C used to be one :D )?

I think it's the way the tattoo covers up

But also add to that the guy is 6 ft 8 or something rediculous so I can imagine trying to sculpt an evenly built physique can't be easy when your limbs are aslong as 747 wings

Try being 6ft dead and having limbs longer than 747s

It's a struggle
