    Im sick of it..
I always wanted to train natural but if a deca cycle will heal my bloody tennis elbow i'm all in for it.
So is a deca cycle a option for finally healing it?

why? surely asking the TM doctors, surgeons and physios for advice is enough

why would anyone go to a specialist sports doc and get it looked at and treated?? what is the world coming to

This is normally an overuse injury. You want to start by removing all direct tricep work in my opinion. Maybe a few weeks of chest and shoulder work that are predominantly laterals and chest fly to minimise pressing action. Get a lacrosse ball and loosen the tricep and bicep just above the elbow insertion. Then start back easy do tricep push downs very high reps using a band. A couple of sets a couple of times a week. Build back slowly
