    I there anything diet wise you guys would do different? Maybe stop eating carbs on every meal? Or does that look okay? Cheers diet atm is 4098 calories. Little bit more with the veg but don’t count calories from veg so don’t include them

    100g Oats 30g olive oil 50gproteinfrom whey

    50g hbcd intra

    100g oats 50g protein from whey

    250g chicken bag of rice

    250g chicken bag of rice

    rump steak rice cakes

    50g peanut butter 500ml milk scoop of whey

    rest day diet is same I just don’t use the hbcd and have them 200caloires from fat instead usually olive oil...I’ll also swap the steak some days for something else and make sure I’m hitting my calorie target for the day

    What’s your goal dude?

    How about among some carb out on rest day and replay with avocado or similar? For body composition and insulin sensitivity

    I’d say it’s fine as it is at that size tbh

    If you stagnate up Cals from fats or carbs. It’s all fairly low level stuff imo, taking out carbs and juggling fats to the far end of a fart ain’t worth the hassle at this level, especially when trying to gain size

    Just eat decently in a surplus. Up it when you stop gaining size/weight

    I would remove the fat from first meal and add carbs, have the extra fat in last meals.

    Plus even people like James hollingshead are now saying just eat when your hungry. He's on a fry up everyday and says to get cals in he needs the junkier now.

    I think it’s great that these podcasts are enabling people to tell the truth if you like

    Imo to stop yourself cheating and also getting bored of the same shit you firstly need a training day and a rest day diet and you also need a bit of shit food

    It didn’t have to be a massive difference in training to non training day food but I would swap some carbs and fats up. Only a couple of meals though

    People over think this stuff imo

    Especially when bulking. It’s all based on calories as long as your getting enough protein don’t u think broski

    Got some cunt recommending lantus to gain size from 209lbs further up the thread. Says it all doesn’t it

    I messaged Dante on insta and he says to limit carbs till post workout. Moderate fat thought out the day

    And post workout smash the bulk of your food in. That’s the best way to stay lean doing his dc split
