I'd just eat. If hungry between meals have cereal and a shake. Too many (and I made this mistake) are afraid to lose abs or definition. The last guy I worked with told me people don't progress unless they gain fat. Enjoy eating. As JH said recently in one of his vids, you can't carve a pebble. Apparently His diet is easiest it's been to hit calories as he's enjoying his food. Keep the over thinking to prep/dieting, enjoy the growing time.
