Have until wed so may have another go then depending on how elbows feeling. Did this set after heavy band tension, if anyone has gone from lots bands to none realise it feels weird!! Was going to just do it on wed but elbows in agony today so thought better get it done now in case unable to bench wed. Spotter touched 9th rep slightly so officially cant count it i suppose although confident would have ground it out. (25kg plate on first btw hence is 140 even tho looks like 130).
