I challenged @LittleLiam to a 200kg squat for reps in belt only. Did mine today. In all honesty think Liam will get a couple more than i did but all good for motivation and happy enough considering only at end of 4th week back squatting/leg training after a 6 month break due to knee. First rep, technique all over felt horrendous. Second rep i clipped safety pins at bottom (should have set a little lower) messed with balace a bit!
