    Hi guys & gals,

Do you still have a Sunday roast? A lot now don't bother. I don't cook one, but I go to a local village pub and have one there. The owners wife is a trained chef and her Sunday roast is second to none. A plate full for around £8. I say that because I don't ask, it's that cheap in there.

I stopped when I moved out of my mum and dads house at 19

I do enjoy a roast but I’ll be fucked if I’m cooking one and if I go out for food there’s always other things on the menu I’d prefer like a mixed grill etc

    Yeh
    Most weekends
Lamb or beef in the slow cooker all day
    Then cook the rest later
Although most people wouldn't call it a proper Sunday roast as I take out all the extra calories from the fat n gravy etc

I just eat same thing as usual today I'm resting from weight lifting recovering doing little cardio. And getting ready for tomorrow. I hate Sunday because it's the only day without weights

How do you find the balance between training and work? I train at 6am when I work a day shift but I find that needs more recovery time
Why don't you start a log on here
I'm genuinely interested in what your diet and training looks like with all the dedication you're putting in

    Whatever you want tbh mate
    Its your log
But you're obviously looking to make significant progress so it will be a good way to monitor that and get people involved with the journey
Also a good way of getting honest feedback and advice
People are mainly interested in what you're eating, what you're using, training style and how you progress your workouts and the changes you make physically

Yeah but probs not a traditional Sunday roast by most standards as my missus is veggie.

usually get a toad in hole, lamb or beef steak, all the veggies/roasties as my missus eats them, stuffing and throw it all in the toad in hole.

quick and easy to make and then usually have a pudding of some sort. Had crumble and custard today, forgot how much I love custard.
