Not really mate, I have a life.
Might call myself a fucking cunt on the way out a few times but I'm usually over it by the time I've lit my first cig driving out of the car park.
Can't be a world beater every day can you, you just make up for it next time.
As above really , except I have my cig after a shower.
Make up for it next session.
Depressed over a workout? No I don't.
If having a bad workout was the very worst thing that could happen in a day I would be very happy.
It's be crazy to have it in the shower wouldn't it mate.
If a workout is not going well, I just stop, go home and hit it again when fresh.
No point wasting time on a workout that will yield no benefit.
My workout isn't measured by strength so that doesn't effect me. And to be honest, I could probably count the bad ones I've had over the years on one hand.
No. If I'm too tired or can't be bothered to go to the gym, I won't go.
No point doing a half-assed workout and feeling pissed off about it.
annoys me but no way will it depress me as said suck it up and hit it next time...
Not depressed as such, but if I miss a workout the missus will tell me to go to the gym as I'm being a grump! Personally I don't think I've been a sour faced twat, but she does, lol.
Well not really...
If its not going the way I want it I do some thing else...
If I was gonna hit heavy weight but felt weak Id do higher reps or a pre exhaust style session so id expect to be able to lift less on the big moves etc...
If my heads not in it I take this as a sign and usually have a couple days off.
As worried/depressed as I get having bad sex!!!! it happens eh!!!!
if traning and its going shite al just change it round to high reps or wa eva, bit of abs an go home (not very often mind)
uve just got to accept it happens, you have bad days in work etc..
"sunny days woulnt be so speical if it wasnt for rain"
Nope! Just come back next day and go at it again.
no mate not depressed ...but I do get p*ssed off especially if I was looking forward to the workout say a sunday morning (love training early on sundays) then I do get well annoyed if things don't go to plan
