    How do you take yours?

I'm adding in 3 whole eggs onto my first meal of the day - hard boiled but was debating just chucking them into my shake with 50g whey abs 100g oats raw as I remember hard boiled eggs being a chore to eat?

8-12 eggs a day boiled, sliced, sometimes mixed with Mayo.

    3 isn't enough IMO.

I mean just as part of meal 1 - I'll be increasing eggs up to 6 a day depending on toilet habits, or not habits if nothing moves

I was eating 32 eggs a day when fully bulking.

3 is not enough for a meal.

Again - it's introducing eggs, meal 1 would be 3 eggs (to start with) along with 50g whey and 100g oats

Out of interest did you not have and problems eating so many eggs? Did you egg or drink most of them as that's really putting them away!

The major problem is only around 50% of the protein content of raw unpasteurized eggs is actually available to be absorbed so you're wasting massive amounts

    Like choc and peanut butter.

You'd never know the eggs are there.

    None at all.

I watched a YouTube video where Dexter Jackson eats bucket loads of egg whites and uses whole eggs and separates them as bottled egg whites usually have high sodium. This would serve true as if you look at bulk powders egg whites they're high sodium, must be part of the pasteurisation process.

Never heard that uncooked eggs protein can't be absorbed as stated by the other guy.
