Elbow Pain

Can’t find a chiropractor close to me but I see a sports injury physio tomorrow afternoon.
I’ll report back and you guys can tell me if you think he’s spot on or milking me of money as I know there are good ones and bad ones.

Ok so physio reckons I should completely stop any exercise that brings about the pain in my elbows for now. He recommends that over the next 2 weeks I work on exercising my rotator cuffs with the use of resistance bands. Once a day for 1st week. Twice a day for 2nd week. Then introduce the exercises that bring about my elbow pain by using the bands (not with weights) and see where I stand regarding the pain.
Does this sound reasonable?

Sounds odd to me but I’ve never been to a sports physio and I haven’t done the examination so it’s hard to say what he found I suppose. Rotator cuff issues can present down the arm to the elbow but even then a chiro would’ve worked the area and possibly done acupuncture to unlock it all as well ime.

I’m guessing he did a proper examination though and found impingements or weaknesses and he’s now trying to strengthen the area but that’s not going to happen in 2 weeks without other interventions like the stuff I said above

Me and the Mrs are both in bupa, would it be worthwhile requesting a scan or would it not show anything as obviously i have no broken bones.
