Evening Cardio

    Pre workout meal 5.30pm
    Train at 7pm
    Quick recover meal at 8pm (drink and fruit)
    25 mins on the bike at 9pm then eat my egg whites.

    This kinda set up ok or would anyone alter this? 5 weeks out and can train early on my 4 days on. Cheers

    Cardio am or straight after weights. If i left gym after weights like fvck would i go back for cardio haha

    Im the opposite...after weights, esp legs, the last thing id wanna do is jump on a stair master/treadmil...i always favour steady state so i wouldnt be too gassed if i was to do the cardio first..

    Saying that he is 5 weeks out so its a case of just getting it in either way

    I'm 35 mins every morning. Then I was doing an evening session just on none weight day but now I've put it on every night now. So 35 in morning and 25 on the night.

    Think that kind of setup would be fine. Maybe try push the bike to 10pm?

    I have the energy too do it. (Just lol) I just want too know if I'm actually benefiting from it. Or is it a case of me over thinking this??

    I'd prefer that actually but I'm up at 4.30 so I'm just trying to pinch extra kip

    Over thinking it mate, something I do far too much instead of just getting shit done. Cals in vs cals out, do shit when you can fit it in with your lifestyle etc.

    Always bike at home myself watching BB vids on youtube then just straight in shower after then last meal of the day at half 10 and settled.

    Do when works for you and fits in with your life. If that is before bed then so be it. Just get it done if it needs to be done. AM or PM or midday doesn't make a difference.

    Seems like you have a good routine going which works for you so stick with it. :)

    I cardio immediately after weights.


    Already depleted aren't you so theoretically you should burn more body fat but I doubt it actually transfers just like that in the real world as it's just kcal in vs kcal out isn't it.

    I do find it helps my recovery doing it this way though.

    do what fits best

    for me I look better with weights away from cardio - as in depleted state I burn through everything .......... second best of me would be post weights - maybe have aminos etc during then cardio then hit a shake

    last choice ever would be pre weights as would fuck me and seems counter productive - depends how your physique is tbh...but that looks ok
