....more accurately not requiring my left ankle as it's in a cast.

Push I'm ok for as Smith machine solves most issues with support etc.

Pull however a bit trickier..here is what I've got. Any other ideas?

Biceps:
Seated bb Curl
Seated DB Curl
Seated Hammer Curl
Spider Curl of inc bench (knees on seat)

Back:
Chins
Lat pull
Bb Row of inc bench (bench design allowing)
DB Row of inc bench

Was thinking of trying 1 Arm bb rows and meadows rows of a land mine but with me on an incline bench as per other rows.

Other than that I'm stuck.

Thinking about it now though it could work with only the good leg up

Yer very mate...I reckon it may be a case of only rows with a knee up on An inc bench or chins/pull downs

Has your gym got any plate loaded rowing machines or similar mate?

Could do cable pullovers sitting/lying on a bench?

Cable rows using a bench to support your chest?

Also you might think about lots of unilateral work as it'll reduce the weight you can do so it'll be easier to get set up etc

Could you do Seated cable row, but light enough so you don't have to use the foot plates?

I.e just let ur legs rest on floor and go slow reps

Yer taking that one step further 1 Arm seated cable rows with feet flat on floor as you say

Seated Goodmornings down to pins
