Hello everyone.

I'm considering adding the 20-in-1 Foldable Push-Up Board to my home gym and would love some insights from those who have used it.

How effective is it for targeting different muscle groups? Does the foldable design hold up well over time, or does it affect stability?

Also, are the various grip positions beneficial, or is it more of a gimmick?

Any thoughts on its durability and overall value for a full-body workout would be appreciated.
