I find these great when using a reverse grip, much better for me that a straight bar.
More friendly on the wrists also.
Good set Diesel.
not me in the video... but yeah it works good
another exercise i like is barbell/EZ bar pullovers. Really feel my lats the next day.
Decline are great too. easier with a DB if alone.
I used to do a lot of machine pullover when I was younger
Always got a good connection with the lats
never got to use an old school Nautius pullover

I did at Norton’s and it hurt my shoulder. I used to feel it in my triceps as much as lats
was a barbell better ? bent arm pullovers?
I prefer dumbbell to be honest. Don’t massively rate it myself
Yeah use a DB now and again.
Some people swear by cable work for lats pulling at various Angles
never been able to get away with those, just seems pointless for me. I just rely on pull-ups
good you can do them as most big lads struggle with them or at least some i see. Use the chin up machine knees on pads.
I do chins supinated grip feel it better.
My favourite row is t-bar with parallel grip.
there was a time it was a no go but let’s be fair, not everyone starts out benching 100kg so why would you expect to row it?
Supinated always seems to ruin my shoulders and biceps but pronated and neutral hammer biceps and lats in a good way.
