Feedback on my spreadsheet programme?

HI all. 21 Male.

Been going to the gym for a year now.

Decided to put together a structure to my workouts

I'm looking for constructive feedback on my spreadsheet "programme".

Am I hitting all muscles equally? Any advice?

I train 5 days a week, Sun & Wed off, PPL Thursday - Saturday, upper + legs Mon & Tues. 6 days PPL was too much.

Are you doing all those exercises in each workout so 5 chest exercises with 21 sets?
 
over training biceps, chest and triceps.

shoulders and legs are fine.

train max of 4 days, 3 rest days.
