First Cycle *worth A Read* - Where's The Pros At

    1 x 25mg of Anadrol Every day for 4-6 weeks.
    1ml of Test 400 every week
    1ml of Decca 300 every week
    Daily dose of milk thistle capsules with food of course

    Is this cycle enough ?? Should I take more of either?.

    182cm tall - 70kg in weight

    Looking to bulk either clean or dirty just qant to look fuller !

    Please post any advice about this cycle
    Please post any advice on what to eat daily and protein intake and anything else

    Using 23g to withdraw and 21g to Pin into my backside ! Is this correct?

    What do you look like? You could easily put more size on natural first before using gear, 70kg at 5'11 is small unless your absolutey peeled, and even then still small.
    How old are you how long have you trained for?
    If you need advice on what to eat then you shouldn't be going anywhere near gear imo

    I'm 6ft 1 I got my size wrong and 10.5 stone.
    I'm in my late 20s and always been naturally fit and very lean, I was just asking what's best and easiest to up the calorie count. I know what to eat I was just asking for advice or tips

    Overkill for first cycle, especially since you're very small. And no, you've got your needle gauges the wrong way round, although you'd probably realise that yourself when you looked at them.

    What about PCT?
    What kind ?
    How much daily after cycle to take?
    For how long ?

    I'm getting told no to the cycle yet I've been eating and training for the last 7 months and gained 6.7kg and can't get past that natural gain

    One cycle isn't going go put much on.

    You'd be better off doing 300mg test for longer and learning how to eat.

    Doubtful your test 400 is 400 too and it will sting like fuck

    I believe it isn't 400 either. But I can shorten the shot so it is 300mg.

    How long would you run the test for ? I have an eating programme that consists of 3500 calories, no cardio, and protein 50g per day.

    I had PharmaQO test that after a blood test, was apparently dosed as expected so it's not completely impossible and it also had no pip.

    However, you definitely seem to be giving it the whole kitchen sink approach from what is essentially, a skinny start zone. 70kg at over six foot is lean, but another word would also just be skinny.

    If you have all of these compounds, I'd just keep them in a draw or wherever you keep them and literally just do a moderate test cycle and push the envelope when it comes to food.

    You don't need 3 compounds to grow from 70kg, you need food my guy.

    Phone screen is wet and take 250g in protein powder alone or 50g protein powder and the rest in food

    250g protein total I would want in a 3500cal diet.
    Most of it should come from meat/fish/eggs/dairy etc.

    test and a ton of food with those stats mate....10 stone at 6ft 1 is light......anorexic almost... your the off season weight of a bikini girl.

    keep pushing calories whilst keeping relatively lean, you'll have to give up a little bit but no need to be a water buffalo (which will be hard if you are truly lean at that weigh)... saying that ive done it and had to push cals..... quite hard and over a long time.....

    if you know what to eat you wouldn't be 10 stone :-)

    wouldn't bother with androl to be fair.... save it ...... dont do anything that may effect appetite..
