First Cycle

    Hi guys, so after what seems like an age researching I'm ready for my first cycle, I now have my test e 250 and pregnyl HCG. I do seem to still be putting on the mass naturally but it definitely slowed down.

    I've not got my pct but can get hold of clomid if I need it? I do have puffy nipps naturally but they've never got any worse than been puffy? No hard nodules behind the nip. Should I get the clomid just in case,

    I'm going to pick my needles up either tomorrow or Monday from my local needle exchange.

    I've looked at countless vids of injecting test and hcg from medical sources and will be pinning in my glutes 1ml twice a week.

    At the moment I'm 195lb bw with 20% bf I've uped my macros p200 c250 f60
    I will be doing my cardio on a stepper once a day in the morning after work and then I get roughly 5-6 hours sleep.

    I'm sure there's loads of threads like this but any further advice you'd like to give is welcome.

    clomid won't help gyno.
    Bit more research needed it would seem.
    I'd always propose having an AI on hand - I use arimidex but others use aromsin, or in some cases nolvadex.
    If you have puffy nips pre using test, I would def get either arimidex and aromasin and google dosing strategies.

    Thank you yes bit more research, but you guys have been great so far. I'm wanting to try drop at least 5-6lb bf before I start this cycle so still time to do some more on Al first.

    Don’t start at 20% bodyfat, cut down to 10-12 and then use it on the way back up

    Just on a cut now, trying to bring my carbs down but keep the proteins the same or upping them slightly, I want to keep the fats around the same.

    Can someone who's used pregnyl before let me know if it needs to be kept in the fridge at all times? It just says between 0-15°

    Def keep in the fridge once you have mixed it. I keep all that kinda stuff (mixed/ unmixed) in the fridge anyways just to be safe.

    Diet is at the moment is

    Morning first meal 7-8am
    Porridge, banana

    Second meal 10-11am
    Spinach fresh orange in the blender
    4 boiled eggs

    Third meal 2:30pm
    4 X scrambled eggs on white bread, banana

    Forth meal 4pm
    150g mince meat 5% fat, cup white rice, brocilli and mixed up with chicken gravy.

    Fifth meal 6:30pm
    Family meal

    Sixth meal 8pm
    50g protein shake

    The times will change but the meals will be roughly the same trying to keep protein at 50-60g, carbs at 50g and fats at 20g per meal. I work nights so the times above are for weekends.

    Training wise

    Shoulders, chest, triceps
    Warm up with seated shoulder press
    3 X 8-10 dumbbell shoulder press
    1 X 25-30 heavy partial side laterals
    3 X 10-15 side lateral raise
    4 X 15 bent over side raises

    3 X 8 slight incline dB press
    2 X 8 flat dB press
    3 X 10-12 incline flyes

    3 X 15-20 rope pulldowns
    3 X 12-15 close grip pushdown

    Back, traps, biceps
    5 X 12 assisted pull-ups
    3 X 8 bent over rows reverse grip
    3 X 10 wide pull downs
    3 X 8 rack pulls

    3 X 20 BB shrugs
    3 X 8-10 face pulls

    3 X fail ez bar curls
    3 X 12-15 hammer curls

    Rest day

    Legs
    Warm up with extensions and curls
    5-6 X 10 back squats
    3 X 10 goblet squats
    3 X 12-15 leg press wide foot placement

    5-6 X 10-12 leg curls
    3 X 10 stiff leg deads
    2 X fail standing ham curls

    5-6 X 20 calve raises, leg press

    p200 c250 f60 - nowhere near enough food for first cycle IMO. Try 3000 cals and adjust from there.

    Training looks OK - it all depends on intensity.

    Arimidex and Pregnyl are decent :thumb:

    If I'm working on a night I can take granola with me to bump up the macros.

    Intensity wise, I train by myself so unable to to forced reps but I always stay strict form slow negatives and last set try and either do drop sets or partials. If I feel my set needs a few extra reps to get through the burn then I'll do more. I always go beast mode with the legs but I've got shit shoulders so have to watch the weight and form. But I love back days cos I like to go heavy. I'll always walk out of the gym if possible:) knowing I've had a good session and not thinking "did i have anything left to give"
