In terms of dietary compliance I mean the 'after Christmas' binge of leftover food and takeaways etc.

Have improved over the last few days but with being ill etc you always want to fill yourself on crap.

    Hope all are well.

    I forgot to add also...

Crippling back pumps last week and delts (both front and side) to the point where i would have to stop training due to ache/pain.

Also cramps in quads that are that bad you can visibly see them. I have supplemented with electrolytes in case of an imbalance but dont seem to make huge difference.

    You're experiencing water retention
Shit diet and too high estrogen will cause this
Can't say for sure without bloods
But its logical to think that 300 test with no AI had you estrogen high with no side effects
Pushing to 350 has caused issues

You've decided to stay on cycle then

I have - final drag now and will look to move down to a TRT dose - bloods hopefully should be back by next week so will post.

Can this be rectified Pooley? Will the inclusion of Mast and reduction of Test balance things better?

Thanks for your help and following of this thread. I appreciate it mate.

Just drop back to 300 and clean up diet
Mast will help a little as it has estrogen reducing qualities but I would never recommend it in a cycle for only that reason

    What's going on all.

So Mast now added and dropped test to 300mg.

Mast in @ starting dose of 150mg P/W - weight flying up 5lbs since test increase so keeping calories at 3200 for now.

    Macro split P:231 - C:517 F: 40

Cramps subsided so far this week and blood pressure in a better range.

Will try and keep this up as a beginner log.

Feeling hella demotivated and flat atm - hoping this is a blip maybe.

If you don't weigh about 60kg, up your fats to like 60-75 per day.

    Why?
50g is ample for an assisted lifter. I've had many knowledgable people tell me this. On rest days, sure carbs go down fats go up.

Low fats always tend to give issues with flat muscle, even if you've got a decent amount of carbs in your diet. Inconsitent energy and motivation and libido.

This is what it covers - would this be sufficient? I have avoided hormone panel as I am still on atm. What do you guys think?

    You've had issues with estrogen
    Definitely worth including hormones
