First Training Program Of My Own.

    Im not a big fun of full body workouts however i reckon i might as well give it a try and see how I feel, its definitely better than myself sitting on my ass all day. And there's 4 different variations are you going to do them 4 times a week?

    Every other day.
    You can do Upper lower split.

    E.g.

    Bench
    Db ohp
    Barbell rpw
    Pulldown
    Bicep curls
    Triceps extensions

    Squat
    Leg prss
    Leg extension
    Leg curl
    Adductor
    Calf raises

    Make an A, B, C, D version of that, so

    E.g. A flat bench, b Incline bench c chest press machine d DB bench etc.

    I might be quite stupid saying that but im not sure what you mean. Do i not just use the variations as they are?

    Okay I will do that. btw I'd delete the pictures if i were you as I think they show your personal info when you download them
