Forearms

    TBF my forearms are disproportionately large for my upper arms (read: my Bi/Tri's are too small :sad: )

    Never trained them in my life but they’ve always grown disproportionately quicker than any other muscle. They’re bigger than most of my mates calves.

    Lift heavier and they’ll grow, they’re involved in pretty much everything to some degree.

    Wouldn’t waste my time with forearm training, there’s nothing more cringe than seeing a bloke in the gym doing forearms curls. Hit the double overhand deadlifts or do some farmers walk.

    heavy lat pulldowns seem to do well for me on forearm growth

    Never done any, never needed to, DL real heavy with no straps etc.

    Exactly my thoughts
    Forearms are used in almost every upper body movement, lift heavy and limit use of straps and they’ll 100% grow
    Hilarious watching the 11 stone guys spending 20 mins doing wrist curls while I’ve just supersetted pull ups and BOR and forearms are fully pumped
