Scott Stevenson is the creator of this program and finally released it last night.

Over view: Similar to Titan Training by Leo Costa. This program is fully refined and attacks hypertrophy from many angles.
Initial impressions: VERY cheap at $20. Extremely in-depth there about 170 pages but it is very easy to read for the average gym rat.
Who's it aimed at: Lifters that are beyond the beginner stage. There are 4 versions of the program so it can suit most peoples schedules (it's either a 3 or 4 day program but the 4 day program has three levels).
Diet info: Fully laid out including the mystical intra workout regimes.

A great purchase for any person wanting to expand their training view point.
Certainly much more interesting than some of these other programs out there. (I make a point of reading any new training book that comes out because it's interesting and it gives me some thing to do during dead times in my gym)

Do you have a link please con?

I also like to read up on new training ideas etc, although for me it'll likely lead to more overthinking haha.

i have been using this method for the last 12-14 months and it is very good, Scott created me a custom 3 day routine as i only train M/W/F, it takes a little time to get your head round the all out sets if you are not used to doing these type of sets.but once you have nailed the weight it is a good routine.

    Cube method
    Juggernaught method
    The iron strength method
    Metroflex powerbuilding
Jamie aldertons project mass, project shred and project stage.
About 15 4 week programmes designed by a PT from UP Mayfair
The AMD programme including combat core.
    Built like a badass(de Franco)
    Get jacked fasy(Christian thibaudeau)
    Complex training (dan john)

    Think that's about it.

Only ever followed one plan from online (wendlers) for a good while.

The rest is just what I do :)

Also why would I try and follow all these programs, we all know I am impatient and nit gonna wait for machines, benches, superset each end of a gym at peak times........

Makes me laugh we see people say waited 15 minutes for a bench and had to get a mate to reserve a machine down other end, hmmmm your doing rear delt flyes with dumbells superset with shrugs, use your brain and do dumbell shrugs with superset flyes, but coach never said I can do that......

    Fucking hell haha

Cant believe @Con said we are long lost sisters, I mean brothers

The nice thing about the program - I was thinking about this - is that only on two of the 4 training days are you "chained" to using a given exercise, and these are the ones that you choose as go to exercises for heavy (Loading) sets. You actually alternate between those and isolation exercises, but you can use whatever you want. E.g..

    BB Back Squat
    Knee extension (any one)
BB Back Squat (you've secured the machine and are only gone for a few minutes)
Maybe you had planned on a lying leg curl. No worries - just go grab a DB and do lying DB ham curl (perhaps with a warm up set), or even plan on using the DB in case you have trouble getting on the ham culr machines.
BB Back Squat and then your'e done

Rest of the exercises are on the fly, which makes it fun, allows for stimulus variety (diff. activation patterns, diff. exercise order) and working around a "niggle" (yes, I'm American, but I like that word... LOL) and is also a way to train on the road. This was a big one for PSCARB, so that he could get in his workouts when traveling. Also works well for taking vacations or training at gyms you don't always get a chance to go to and want to sample new and diff. exercises / machines. :)

Indeed. What I like best is that you guys lay into each other (dropping the C-word, which too my virgin American ears / eyes a little while to get used to) but keep it truly light. American bodybuilding boards are poorly moderated, unfortunately, in many cases - lots of loose cans rattling too loudly.

    Not here. :)
