Not all of my clients are competitors in any shape or form! Here's one of my "every day" clients showing that even with a moderate approach great results can be had! His plan includes 4 days of weight training some cardio (not a whole ton) and a strict approach during the week with much looser weekends! He likes to drive his motor bike to various breweries and then partake in beer and junk food. Who can blame him that's a great way to spend a hot Carolinian Saturday afternoon! He's pretty strong also boasting 500+ squat, 600+lb pull and 300lb+ bench presses. I don't think the picture does his muscle mass justice as he's pretty damn thick at 205lb and 5ft6 but he's not the "posing for a picture" type lol P.S. it took just over year and the weight did not really change. He started at perhaps 210lb if that.
