From Dadbod To Fitbod!

    Not all of my clients are competitors in any shape or form!
    Here's one of my "every day" clients showing that even with a moderate approach great results can be had!
    His plan includes 4 days of weight training some cardio (not a whole ton) and a strict approach during the week with much looser weekends!
    He likes to drive his motor bike to various breweries and then partake in beer and junk food.
    Who can blame him that's a great way to spend a hot Carolinian Saturday afternoon!
    He's pretty strong also boasting 500+ squat, 600+lb pull and 300lb+ bench presses.
    I don't think the picture does his muscle mass justice as he's pretty damn thick at 205lb and 5ft6 but he's not the "posing for a picture" type lol
    P.S. it took just over year and the weight did not really change. He started at perhaps 210lb if that.

    That's an amazing transformation. I'm very jealous when I think I've been training for close to 20 years on and off. :sad:

    I hope you don't mind me asking, but is this a "natural" transformation? I certainly don't think that kind of muscle in a year is impossible with beginner gains, but just curious because of the great strength with it.

    Well he has been on hrt for the better part of a decade now.
    Nothing related to the gym his hormones just gave out on him a long time ago.
    He doesn't go beyond his hrt levels though as in doing cycles or any thing like that.

    As it's been done over a year there's a lot less chance he'll rebound too.

    205lb at 5'6 he must look a unit!

    Oh our next goal is a true sub 10% he loves it all.
    Yeah in person he looks very thick!
    I call him Stumpy from the 7 dwarfs....its bad when my 5ft8 body can make fun haha

    I'm on the next flight over there...... I'll feel a giant at 5'10 :D

    Sub 10% will be about another 20lb or so won't it?

    Nah 10lb of fat and he will be there.
    He's around 15% atm.
