what´s your take on this? i still think it´s the best way for fat loss and building muscle because of hitting a muscle group(s) often over the week.

Biggest mistake on full body is trying to pick to many smaller body parts to stick in with the big ones.
So you would almost forget things like triceps and hit dips for chest and tris and close grip bench
Neutral and understand chins which will hit biceps as well.

If you reduce it down then full bodies can be awesome.
    Leg press
    Glute ham raise
    Chins
    Dips
    Shoulder press.
    Pretty much hits everything

yes i agree. I like Brawn(stuart McRobert) for example but i do not believe in low reps high weights. Medium weights with 10-12 reps.

What about sets and reps? I'm thinking about jumping on full body come next winter , or even after my holiday in June

    Think mine would be
    A
    Decline bench
    Weighted pull ups
    Legpress
    Stiff leg deads
    Wide grip upright row

    B.
    Weighted dips
    Bent over row
    Hex bar deads
    Militarily press
    Lying leg curls

A couple of sets for arms after each w/o
I cant do squats, hips problems,
4 sets of 6 =10 reps see how that went , might drop down to 3 sets
Train m w f on Tues and thurs do cardio

yes i mean that would work well too. can do a lot. I just keep it simple. i´ll do 10-12 reps on most muscle groups sometimes more for squats. don´t do low reps anymore but i get a good feeling from 12 reps..
