Nah not at all. Your so far wrong it’s ridiculous

The fact people are complying despite 99% of them saying its bollocks is what allows the government to continue the game

You don’t even see it do ya. Classic sheep syndrome

Classic extinction rebellion syndrome chief. Thinking the government will change its policies because you think they are shit and protest by not wearing a face mask!

    Your an idiot

It’s all unenforceable. If enough people stop complying there is nothing the government can do. The game as you call it, stops dead

I’m out now because your clearly to simple to understand this

The whole thing is bollocks, wear a face covering? What a face covering that you brought off facebook?
Old Doris is knocking them up on her sewing machine, most of the fabric being used is patterned.
Put your phone torch on and put under the corner of your duvet cover? Look how course the weave is?
It's the equivalent of trying to catch wasps using a carp landing net? You'll catch some but they'll work there way out through the holes.
As you breath vapour builds up on the mask, eventually it'll work it's way through these homemade masks, so there fucking worthless.
So if the government was that bothered they'd be sending high micron weave masks to every household????

I am exempt due to a breathing issue

My stance has always been the same. Shield the elderly and sick and let the rest of us go about our business. My Dad is 70 with COPD, not been out the house/garden since March, sensible behaviour IMO.

the mask doesn't need to be air tight, it needs to reduce expulsion range, just like coughing or sneezing into a tissue does with a cold. if you want to see the actual liquid flow models showing how it works, do a google.

So going off these posts Boris Johnson and the media have convinced you that you have no voice, no choice and the government can tell you to do whatever they want and you can’t do anything about it?

Not only that but they seem to have also convinced you that it’s now your job to convince other people of this?

Your absolutely wrong pal, seems you’ve bought it hook line and sinker though. People like you really are the governments wet dream, people who think like you but also take it to the next level and then try to convince other people of the same thinking are very dangerous imo

You’d happily give up every freedom you’ve ever had if you were scared enough. If everybody was like you we’d be living in a situation similar to China within a few years

An air tight mask wouldn't work, you'd suffocate yourself. The point I was making is there's no industry standard to these homemade masks.

doesnt need to realistically be one if people don't take the piss. some of the fishnet shit in america being a prime example of people being assholes for the sake of being assholes. as long as it provides some impedance to outbound air flow, it will do the trick. you could use a pair of tights over your head and achieve the same thing.

it's not there to filter the lurgy etc as people are arguing/assuming, its simply the expulsion radius, which is meant to be used in conjunction with social distancing to reduce potential radius of the viral load blasted out in one cough, breath, sneeze, talk.

facemasks are a pointless argument, the real argument is what things are being chosen to stay open and what is being closed. current track and trace data is showing the major infection rate at this point isn't shops, gyms etc but pubs and parties in close spaces. hopefully the government is paying attention to that data and only closing things that need closing.
