    i think it's still very early days as it's only feb!
    I hope every entry gets at least one post in per month :-)

    @G-G it's just a contest that lasts a year. People make a log. Then at the end of the year we see how we look different to the start of the year. People then vote on the change they like the most. No rules could be gaining muscle losing fat hell even just maintaining if you're in great shape to start could be worthy.

    Yep plus the shenanigans with BL on his Facebook reading between the lines I'd say something had come out from his log. I may be wrong.

    He gets into several fights a day on FB, pretty sure he doesn't have the time to be perusing TM

    Wasn't necessarily meaning BL on here although he has been asked to do a Q & A I believe. could easily be one of his yuppies on here as loads read and don't post. Con did mention something previously, iirc they exchanged messages on fb or telephone...
