Due to requests, we've released Gluten-Free Huel - it's exactly the same as Original Huel but made with oats that have been certified gluten-free.

So now people who follow a gluten-free diet can enjoy the nutritional benefits and convenience of Huel.

    Any sample sizes James?

As a driver I really liked the convenience of huel out on the road, but couldn't handle the level of oats.
Whether that's a gluten intolerance (tested for cealiac (sp?) but negative) or I just can only tolerate so much I'm unsure.

Don't want to commit as still got a weeks worth of the normal one, if it's not the gluten

    Thanks

We don't have samples of the GF yet, I'm afraid.

Original Huel isn't high gluten anyway (in fact we had it tested and it came back within the margins to be labelled GF, but we can't make that claim as we can't guatentee every batch). I doubt therefore it's the gluten. How much and how often are you consuming Huel?

I "was" having 2 shakes a day but only 2.5scoops in each.
Ah well, guess I don't handle oats very well.
    Cheers for reply anyway.

Hi - Maybe try with just one serving per day for a few days and see how you get on. If all's ok, then up to the 2 servings. Some people find it hard to adjust, it seems - others are fine.

I thought I was gluten intolerant for about 1.5yrs
Turns out it's only oats I can't have...
So burger, pizza and cookie's are back on the menu buddy!
Just not oat n raisin ones...
But who wants that when there is double chocolate on offer...

If have any issues with oats I'd avoid any thing with em in...

I'd have two 75g portions a day for nearly two years, had a course of antibiotics which messed up my stomach and just can't tolerate them as well.
Had a portion Tuesday and Wednesday PWO this week and got away with it but could tell it was borderline. Although if I have pre bed I'm ok, either that or I don't notice while I'm asleep
