Changed my workout a little. 3x2 minute rounds of calf bouncing 5kg plates. Hex bar squats 85kg 10 reps, 95kg 8 reps, 105kg 6 reps. Hex bar rows managed 55kg 10 reps, 60kg 8 reps, & 65kg 6 reps. Felt like I could've had 12 -15 reps on the first set. However, because its a new exercise decided to err on the side of caution. Then dead lifts with Olympic bar. Started at body weight 90kg 10 reps, 100kg 8 reps, 105kg 4 reps then decide to call it a day as I was knackered. 3 days rest then it's chest, shoulders & triceps. Felt quite pumped along the back chain, engaged core well in all exercises. Surprising pump in the biceps. Engaged upper body well in the deadlift before the pull. Looking forward to my next workout.
