Anyone use these

I dismiss any over the counter product when steroids are available, however

I seen myprotein were having a sale and thought id check out what products they had in, these two products seem to have great reviews

Adding these into a diet and training routine, anyone on here seen benefits in terms of fat loss ?
 
Ive read a few times that cla has no human backed evidence and is a waste of time.. i do drink green tea though when dieting instead of coffee.
 
Green tea with Lemon for me. Good stuff full of antioxidants, good for the skin, blood pressure and I do believe it helps with metabolism, keeping lean.

Have you even searched for studies or did u just read hearsay? There are scientific studies around 6g a day works best. 2g each dose..
