Green Tea /visceral Fat

How do you use it matey? Dose, time of day etc

I always followed Paul Scarborough’s advice when I used it years ago. Black coffee alongside it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach followed by cardio.

although it can make some people feel bit nauseous i used to take mine in the night well early hours when i got up for a wee wich you always do when your dieting anyway, so emty stomach then heve my coffee when i woke up and did cardio
 
Green tea and white tea will do something for visceral fat but nothing compared to what carnitine or yohimbine will do. Carnitine will help break down visceral fat so you just need to create the conditions for your body to use the freed up fatty acids. Yohimbine will inhibit the alpha-2 adrenergic receptors in your visceral fat and help shift the parts that just don't want to let go. In both instances you'll need to be in a fasted state to get results and preferably on a low carb diet.

if you use the search button and put in yohombine my thread will come up were i asked if anyone knew were i could get the yohombine HCL wich is what you want pooley posted me a link on there and iv ordered myne from there comes in abou a week

I understand why you are saying that but the problem is this. With yohimbine you've 2 weeks or maybe 2 and a half weeks at best where its going to be effective. Ramping up your dose means that you're only going to get half the benefits from a 2 week cycle.

If you want to get the most out of it then you've got to bite the bullet and saturate your body as quickly as possible. Otherwise I'm not sure it's really worth the hassle taking it.
 
Should be noted you gotta take about 1g+ of Carnitine orally due to it's trash oral bioavailability. It's really suggested to inject but understand if hardly anyone goes that route I just took my 2gs a day.

Should also be noted a ton of energy drinks have it in them if you drink those.
 
A quick fix for this is to simply take acetyl-L-carnitine which will be absorbed on an empty stomach/fasted state (oral carnitine won't). Added benefit is that some if will cross the blood-brain barrier providing some extra advantages.

That said you'd still want to take 1g+ of ALCAR to get those stubborn fatty acids transported into the mitochondrion.

Just don't take more than is necessary
I got my measurements wrong and took way too much ALCAR, it made me smell like rotting fish without me even realising it!
 
Green Tea might be helpful for body weight loss, but to take it everyday and that too multiple times, seems to be quite difficult for me.
