I entered the transformation at the end of last year, but didn't manage to finish after I tore my right pec in November. A further operation on my lower back in January, left me not being able to even sit down for well over a month, and I slowly started back at the gym in April after starting physio on my chest. Things have improved somewhat since, although my chest is still a working progress and training can be a bit sore, I am very slowly getting there. I thought this competition would be a good place to start getting back on track. Weight when pictures where taken today was 230.2 lbs. Goal is to lose as much fat as possible over the next 12 weeks, maybe build a bit of muscle along the way and resemble a somewhat decent physique at the end. Hopefully the QR code is visible.
