    Just bumping for those that may not have spotted this yesterday. Might add it to the shortcuts bit on the toolbar for easy access if people think it will be handy.

    Now a days fitness is most important every person. In the process of achieving physical fitness, nutrition is as important, if not more, as the workouts we do in the gym. I am also a fitness guy and have followed many fitness guides online and the best I would reffer is from kaa-yaa Fitness providing free workout design guide. I would rather offer you to try this ones in your life. Also share your feedback when you catch that guide.

    There is no need too much diet for body just focus on diet timing and take all protein diet.

    It's not even the diet timing but the amount and intervals that you take in between them.
