Stabilise. You can buy a extension/leg curl replacement for it though. Think you can buy a preacher bench pad too.

I’m after a adjustable bench that is fairly light and that has a knee brace to do pulldowns from a rack

think the design is for the decline use of the bench.

I wouldn't bother. I'm not impressed with mine. Does a job, but not the smoothest.

Thought of getting some but then decided to be all ocd and think unless I buy a complete set I won't like mixing plates.

Haha I went for the silver ones as slightly cheaper and more likely to have them in future when I want to add some of the smaller plates rather than a limited edition set.

Hopefully get them before gyms open again and my plates go back. Will keep hold of the smaller plates as they won't be missed and eventually pick up my own to match and please my plate OCD

Do you plan on getting any pulley system so you can do other exercises?
Rack looks super smart, given the price it makes you wonder why others are so bloody expensive.
