Hi there. I have gynecomastia from taking anti depressants and anxiety drugs.
Is there anything I can take to get rid of my gynecomastia

It’s not needed. Just eat cleaner or at least not in excess and do some exercise. Nothing you can take will avoid the need to do that and again best to avoid things with your current meds.
